In October 2016 we had a visit from OFSTED. The aim of the inspection was to ascertain whether we still remain a good school. I'm pleased to say that OFSTED recognised the many strengths of the school and we are still judged to be GOOD.

The attached document is different from many of the OFSTED reports that you might have seen in the past. Rather than judging every aspect of the school it focussed on Leadership and Management, Safeguarding and our capacity to continue developing as a school. It is now written as a letter to the headteacher and focusses on these key areas. Te report also highlights next steps, all of which were identified in our School Improvement Plan that we produced at the start of the year.

Our previous OFSTED inspection was in December 2011 and again we were very pleased with the outcome. Please click here to see this and previous reports.

OFSTED Parent View gives you the chance to tell OFSTED what you think about Landscore. In our recent inspection, October 2016, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Parent View asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of a child’s school, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour.
