Dear Parents
The class and I have decided that we want to do lots and lots of growing this half term - it will be fun for the children and it will certainly brighten up our outdoor spaces.
We need some planters!
Does anyone have any spare pieces of old wood and the time to make one- or know of anyone who would undertake this little project? Any size will do- the bigger and deeper the better!
This week, we have planted lavender in wooden planters made by a child and parent in my class last year- the children really enjoyed it and it both looks and smells lovely!
