Blog post written by the children in Year 5/6: Emilia, Willow, Seb, George, Evie and Radu
Research
On Monday 16th January, the children tasted enchiladas made by the TA’s of year 5/6.
Thoughts from the children when tasting the enchiladas:
'I don’t like it because I don’t like the spice.'
'I like it because it was spicy.'
'I loved it because of the crunchy wrap and the spice mix.'

Evaluate:
Here are a few of the children’s evaluations:
I think the spice mix went well, but next time I think I will add more spice.
I think it tasted lovely because of the sauce and vegetables. Next time, I would put a little bit less sauce.
I wanted to add more spice to make it spicier next time.
I would add more chilli because we could not really taste any spice when we made it.
