Well done for those great instruction maps!
Today we would like you to put those maps into written instructions.
You can use this template to help you lay it out. Or use your own page and then you can leave space for pictures if you'd like.
First you need to find your Instructions Checklist from Tuesday's lesson....you need to make sure you include all of these features.
You can use this word mat to help you too.
We will be looking for the use of bossy verbs and appropriate time connectives (and don't forget interesting adverbs - year 2!)
Don't forget:
- capital letters
- finger spaces
- full stops
- check it makes sense
- check it against your checklist
