Finally, I would like you to complete this worksheet, solving the subtraction problems. You might find it helpful to use objects, such as counters, beads or pasta to create two lines of objects which you can then compare.
Grown ups: if your child is finding this work difficult, please continue to practise reading and writing simple subtraction calculations within 10. You could write some for them to solve and then you could say a calculation for them to write, using the correct symbols.
